Terms of Service

Welcome to Decion Technologies ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at deciontech.com and any services we provide, including AI automation solutions, voice agents, workflow automation, and related consulting services.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Decion Technologies provides AI automation and consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses. Our services may include AI voice agent implementation, workflow automation, lead generation systems, CRM integrations, and custom automation solutions. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

When you engage our services, you agree to: provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services; respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or information in a timely manner; and maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or access we provide.

Payment terms will be specified in your Statement of Work or service agreement. Project work requires a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion or per the milestone schedule. Monthly retainer services are billed at the beginning of each service period. All invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.

Upon full payment, you will own the custom deliverables created specifically for your project, including custom workflows, configurations, and content. Decion Technologies retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, or frameworks we use; our methodologies and processes; and any general knowledge or techniques developed during your project.

We will treat any non-public business information you share with us as confidential. We will not share your confidential information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. We will correct any defects in our work reported during the monitoring period specified in your SOW. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or return on investment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Decion Technologies' total liability for any claims arising from our services will not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable SOW or service agreement. Generally, either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.

Our solutions may integrate with third-party platforms and services such as CRM systems, communication tools, and cloud services. We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration in Missouri if necessary.
